Every day, at least twice, the conversation turns to God. I'm reminded of a time when David had made a mistake.A mentor encouraged by by saying, "You're going to have to learn to take care of yourself as you move forward." I learned some things well, others not so much. But here is some of what I learned. Emphasize the physical One of the first places to begin, and the easiest to do, is to begin some physical activity.None of the people I helped stood up for me.. .Don't think you are in this thing by yourself.. .God helped me!!!
